Does Vista have MSN?

Just curious if a new version will coming down the road with Vista. I imagine they will probably do away with it and make Windows Live the new MSN.
Thanks!

As in MSN Explorer? Nah there isn't and won't be one. Also because Windows Live is still generally in beta, they won't have beta within a beta. There is a chance some features might be included, but as Windows Live is prodominately web based services, it might not be. Also there's a lot of anti-trust stuff involved so the EU will probably jump on Microsoft's back about that...

I think he might mean messenger, in which case, no, Vista will not be coming with an inbuilt IM client. You will have to download Live Messenger (and Windows messenger if you want remote assistance, whiteboard, etc) seperately.

If you are looking for corporate messaging, I think Microsoft would suggest Office Communicator. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta
